In 1997, our founder, Ish Salman, brought his dream to life. Inspired by his family’s time-honored recipes and the warmth of Turkish hospitality, Ish introduced New Zealand to the authentic kebab experience.
The very first Kebabs on Queen store opened on Queen Street in the heart of Auckland.
