Kitchen Hand/Roller Cashier/Customer Service

Previous fast food experience is not required as Kebabs on Queen will train you in our systems and methods of operation.

Kitchen Hand/Roller Cashier/Customer Service
ABOUT THE ROLE

In this position you will report to your Shift Manager/Supervisor and be responsible for a range of operational and customer focused elements of our business.

The Kitchen Hand / Roller and Cashier / Customer Service

These positions are often blended so staff will be able to share the same duties when needed.

 Every position require similar skills in food prep and assembling meals with a customer service-focus.

 You will have to have an excellent knowledge of food safety, handling procedures and documentation. You are expected to multitask and to be able to work as a team in fast paced customer service environment. Good communication skills are essential to this role.

Shift Manager/Supervisor

Shift Manager/Supervisor
ABOUT THE ROLE

In this position you will report directly to the franchise owner and be responsible for all aspects of the management of the branch. Good communication skills are essential in this role.

The role will include food prep including; cooking and slicing meat, frying chips and falafels, and assembling the kebabs and rice dishes.

You will be responsible for ensuring all food safety handling procedures are correctly followed and documented. You will also be required to supervise staff, manage inventory and do some admin tasks.
